not satisfactory, a member of our professional management team will contact you to fix your issue. We have an experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated team of specialists with a well-earned reputation in the business for integrity and fair dealing.

INSTALLATION PROBLEM RESOLUTION

If we dissatisfied you with our installation service, please contact us right away to let us know. We will try to give you with a solution on the spot, but if this is not possible, we will arrange for your Technical Service Representative to visit your home to audit the work conducted. If we discover an issue during this audit, we will schedule immediate repair work and perform it at our expense.

Attic Insulation

Your attic does a lot more for your house than just storing your belongings. It should create a protective barrier against cold, heat, and humidity in your home. But, in order for your attic to work correctly, it must be adequately insulated. Champagnie Development only uses top insulation materials and offers a comprehensive product warranty and installation guarantee on every job. Our preferred product is fiberglass, which is manufactured in Canada from 73% recycled content and is SCS and GREENGUARD GOLD certified. Many of
our employees have over 15 years of expertise and provide extensive knowledge and great service. What distinguishes us from our competition is our emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Rebates

Rebates of up to $5,000 are available!

The Home Efficiency Rebate can helpyou in defraying the costs of making energy-efficient home modifications. Before you begin any modifications, schedule a home energy audit with a Registered Energy Advisor. Your Energy Advisor will walk you through all the rebates that are available for your home.

Install at least five upgrades.

PLUS: Insulate your entire basement for an extra $500 in rebates. To qualify for rebates, you must complete at least two upgrades. Energy evaluations initial and later visits: Get your $600 back. ‡ The final refund check will contain a $600 reimbursement for the first and follow-up energy evaluations.

Insulation & Air Sealing

Exterior wall insulation: Get up to $3,000 back
$1,000: Add at least R-3.8 to 100% of building to achieve a minimum of R-12.
$1,750: Add at least R-9 to 100% of building to achieve a minimum of R-12.
$3,000: Add at least R-20 to 100% of the building.
Rebates are pro-rated based on the percentage of total wall area that was upgraded—a minimum of 20% must be upgraded. Homes with less than 2x4 structure are exempt from R12 minimum with photo documentation of wall structure.
Attic insulation: Get up to $750 back
Up to $750: Increase attic insulation from R-35 or less to at least R-60.
Rebates are pro-rated based on the percentage of total ceiling area that was upgraded—a minimum of 20 percent must be upgraded. If both attic and cathedral/flat roof are upgraded, rebates will remain capped at $750. Those who completed their initial energy assessment as of June 3, 2021, are eligible for $750.
Basement insulation: Get up to $1,250 back

Basement Wall:

Crawl Space Wall:

Floor Above Crawl Space:

$1,000: To add at least R-32 to the entire floor above the crawl space. If you achieve 100 percent basement insulation, you will receive a $500 incentive. Rebates are pro-rated based on the proportion of total wall area that was renovated—at least 20% must be upgraded. When insulating the entire basement, only a 5% minimum of total wall area is required. Existing insulation must be at least R8. Walls between individual apartments are not included. Semi-detached residences will receive 75% of the figures shown. If a basement and crawl space are both renovated, refunds will be capped at $1,250 based on the total joint wall area of the basement and crawl space. Can receive either a crawl space or a floor above crawl space discount. Pony walls, basement walls, and crawlspace exterior walls are all part of the foundation external walls, but not the floor above the crawlspace.

Get up to $150 back on air sealing. $100: Meet the baseline aim established during your home energy evaluation. $150: Exceed the base target specified during your home energy evaluation by 10% or more.

Heating Systems

Get $250 back on your furnace.

Replace an existing natural gas furnace with an AFUE of less than 96 percent with a condensing natural gas furnace with an AFUE of 96 percent or greater. You must make three (3) total upgrades
to be eligible for the furnace rebate. Get a $1,000 refund if you have a boiler. Replace an existing natural gas boiler with an annual fuel use efficiency (AFUE) of less than 90% with a condensing natural gas boiler with an AFUE of 90% or greater. This discount applies to combination systems.

Water Heaters

Water heater: Get $400 back

Replace existing natural gas water heater with an ENERGY STAR® certified tank type water heater with an Energy Factor (EF) rating of 0.77 or higher or with a Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) rating of 0.80 or higher. Or, replace existing natural gas water
heater with an ENERGY STAR® certified tankless water heater with a Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) rating of 0.87 or higher.

A combo system (water heater driven combination system) qualifies for one $400 rebate**.
